We are pleased to announce that Hifichic now offers international shipping, extending our delivery services to addresses around the world. This expansion allows us to serve a broader range of customers globally. However, please be aware of the following stipulations:
Delivery Addresses: While we now ship internationally, please ensure that the delivery address is a residential or business address. Isolated deliveries, such as those to remote or hard-to-access locations, may not be possible due to logistical constraints.
Parcel Size Considerations: Due to the size of our parcels, we are unable to deliver to packing stations or post offices. Our aim is to ensure that your order arrives safely and efficiently, and these restrictions are in place to facilitate this.
Delivery Process: The forwarding company will deliver the items to the curb of the specified delivery address. Please make necessary arrangements to receive the parcel from this point.
You will receive your goods currently within approx. 6-12 working days after we have received the order.

HOW DOES THE SHIPPING OF YOUR ORDER WORK?

We pack all orders up to 5 p.m. on the same day. Our forwarding agent picks up the orders the next working day. The delivery time is currently approx. 5-7 working days. All times refer to working days. Weekends and public holidays extend the delivery accordingly.
Please note that with the payment methods: credit card, instant transfer, and PayPal, the delivery time can be extended depending on the duration of your transfer.
