Drawing on more than 15 years of audio engineering experience, the TOPPING D900 delivers reference-grade sound with beautifully minimalist aesthetics. It debuts a proprietary 32-element PSRM decoding module and a new I/V conversion circuit, both engineered for ultra-low noise and high-fidelity playback. An independent preamp circuit, versatile digital inputs including USB-C, AES, and IIS-LVDS, Bluetooth 5.1 with LDAC, and the Aurora UI complete an ultra-flagship DAC built to pair seamlessly with computers, CD players, gaming consoles, and digital transports.

Proprietary 32-Element PSRM Module

The D900 uses a discrete 1-bit PSRM (Parallel Symmetrical Reference Module) decoding architecture in which 32 discrete elements work in concert to minimize power supply interference while preserving signal integrity. With nanosecond-level digital switching and a purely resistive reference power supply, it achieves harmonic distortion below -140dB and an SNR of 131dB – a hallmark of true reference-grade DAC design.

Proprietary I/V Conversion Circuit

TOPPING’s in-house I/V circuit combines low-distortion op-amps with ultra-low noise discrete components – carefully selected after repeated testing – to keep the PSRM voltage output pristine, delivering ample dynamics and an immersive, lifelike sound experience.

Ultra-Low Jitter Clocking

CPLD-optimized clock signals deliver ultra-low jitter, measured at an impressive -157dB. The result is a cleaner signal path and crystal-clear sound reproduction across your entire music library.

Powered by the QCC5125 chip, the D900 supports LDAC, aptX HD, aptX Adaptive, AAC, and SBC, delivering up to 96kHz/24-bit wireless playback – perfect for streaming from TVs, tablets, and mobile devices.

Aurora UI and Remote Control

A 2.0-inch full-color screen with a pressable knob and three control buttons offers intuitive navigation. Choose your background color and switch between FFT, VU meter, or playback info displays. The included remote, machined from a solid aluminum block, provides convenient full-feature control.

10-Band High-Precision PEQ

Use the desktop software to fine-tune 10 frequency bands, adjusting frequency, gain, and Q-factor. Save profiles for different headphones or speakers and import/export your curves for precise sound tailoring.

Independent Preamp Mode

Drive active speakers or power amplifiers directly via the dedicated preamp circuit. Volume adjusts in 0.5dB steps from the front panel or remote, and each input/output remembers its volume setting for seamless switching.
